What Is the Shadow?
The "shadow aspect of the self" comprises negative traits and buried emotions that limit us from racing our full potential and experiencing a conscious reality. Embracing this part of ourselves can lead to personal growth and transformation, providing a deeper understanding of who we are and why we behave in many ways.
Such traits may have formed during formative years through subtle and obvious means and can influence our behaviour and well-being without us realizing it. Getting to know your shadow self is essential to become a more self-aware and empowered version of yourself and can heal relationships and positively impact greater humanity.
